Olimpiada de la Beijing 2008 ne-a adus 4 medalii de aur pana acum. Sper ca pana la sfarsitul Olimpiadei de la beijing 2008 numarul acestor medalii sa se dubleze (cel putin)!

Nokia E61 review
Nokia E61 is the 3G cell phone that I'm using for the moment. I'm pretty happy with it because it has all the "gizmos" that I really use: POP3/SMTP e-mail, embedded SIP client, Wi-Fi and last but not least, the QWERTY keyboard! Besides these, it supports Symbian and J2ME 3rd party applications that you may install on it to make your life easier :-)
However, it doesn't have a camera. Some people find this unnecessary for E61 but I believe is a big disadvantage for it - imagine how many funny "images" passed you while you were walking towards the office but you just couldn't take a picture of them. I'll get an E61i with a camera soon ;-) Overall, it's smart, fast and intelligent!

Sony Ericsson K850i Review
I am continuing with another Sony Ericsson mobile phone. This is a CyberShot phone but I am a little bit disapointed about the camera in it, it makes great pictures but you need to know hot to set it up, it is not juts plug and play.
It has the same HSDPA, TrackID features as W910i. As I was playing with it I noticed that it is a bit slow when it comes to dialing numbers from the agenda. Another minus comparing with W910i is the memory card that comes included in the phone which is only 500 MB (for 5 Mpix camera is not too much), w910i have 1GB and in the box is included an USB memory reader but not for W850i.
The keyboard is not the best.

Sony Ericsson W910i
One of the latest phones that came in my hand was the W910i from Sony Ericsson. It is a very good phone. I'll comment below some of its nice features it has.
HSDPA internet acces (HSDPA means High Speed Downlink Packet Access). It is one of the few mobile phones now that have this feature. I tested the speed on my mobile subscription and the download speed is about 75-80 KB/s which is similar to 1Mb ADSL download speed .
TrackID is one of the most impressive features. I am not sure if any other mobile terminal manufacturer have it. What is it: you are in bar or club and you hear some music that you like but you don't know who sings it. You than just open the TrackID application which takes a sample of that music connect to a server and guess what? It tells you the name of the song, the artist and the ablum. Even more you can download the tone or the complete song (of course you have to pay for it...).
Send to blog is a feature that is very useful for people who have blogs and want to post pictures while traveling for example. when you take a picture with the built in camera (2 Mpx) you have the option to send the picture directly to the blog. Currently only Blogspot is supported, probably there is an agreement between Google and Sony Ericsson on this.
It have a built in sensor that feels the position of the phone. This is used in one of the games (you move the ball while moving the phone) and in the picture view (when you rotate the phone the picture automatically rotates)
